This is final Create Hub article for 2016 and its been a privilege to share and discuss my observations, thoughts and interests surround the arts and technology throughout 2016. The Royal Court Theatre Playwrights Podcast
The Royal Court Theatre, famous for its development of new writing have launched a new podcast series with 12 interviews with leading playwrights including: Lucy Prebble, Anthony Neilson, Polly Stenham and David Hare about their processes, work and relationship to the Royal Court. We are Here WW1 Memorial
We are here (#wearehere) a national memorial to the 19,240 soldiers killed on the first day of the Battle of the Somme in 1914 was led by the artist Jeremy Deller and the National Theatre’s Artistic Director Rufus Norris in collaboration with 25 partner organisations. 1400 volunteers dressed in replica military costumes were spotted in public locations across the country throughout the day on Friday 1st July with word quickly spreading across social media and becoming an artwork in its own right.

#LoveTheatreDay returns for a 3rd Year
The global trending #LoveTheatreDay returned for the 3rd consecutive year on Wednesday 16th November, its a fascinating online celebration of everything theatre related and is split into three sub headings throughout the day: #BehindtheScenes #AskATheatre #Showtime. Throughout the day venues, companies, actors and technicians from around the world share photos, videos, live-streams, podcasts celebrating the magic of theatre.
It has been wonderful to be a contributing writer to the Create Hub Experts in 2016. I would like to wish all the readers of the Create Hub a very Happy New Year.
